CHESSCON provides operational TOS planning and realistic training. Transnet Port Terminals operates seven seaport terminals along the South African coast. Transnet uses CHESSCON to simulate alternative scenarios to evaluate planned investments in the terminals.

Busan Port Authority

Planning of an automated container terminal with the help of CHESSCON. Together with Total Soft Bank Ltd. AKQUINET managed the planning of a new container terminal in Busan, South Korea with the help of CHESSCON. Different layouts were tested with simulations.

Gulftainer tests Indian terminal with emulation tests in CHESSCON. For a new terminal in India, Gulftainer used CHESSCON software for advanced scenario testing. The software emulates the physical terminal without disrupting ongoing operations.

Port of Tanjung Pelepas

The Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) in Malaysia is one of the largest container terminals in the world and is strategically located at the crossroads of major east-west shipping routes. In order to consolidate its position as the most productive terminal in the world, PTP commissioned AKQUINET to simulate various scenarios using the CHESSCON software, focusing on the handling of ultra large container ships.
